استخدام أسلوب المسار الحرج (CPM)‎ في تخطيط و جدولة عمليات المشاريع الإنشائية : دراسة حالة تطبيقية

Abstract EN

The process of scheduling is largely privileged by mangers of constructive projects as an important tool for carrying out their project activities.

This process helps in stating an accurate time table for carrying out their activities in a proper time within the limits of available possibilities and resources.

Hence, the problem of this study is latent in the possibility of planning a model that may help managers in planning and scheduling for their projects activities.

So this study aims at set of objectives, the most important ones are: 1- Determination of the offered network to follow up the work of the project and understanding the possibility of finishing the work with the least cost in the shortest time2- Defining the effect of using critical path model(CPM) on the work achievement and hence on the cost of work.

To fulfill the objectives of the study and in response to the problem of the study, we assumed a main hypothesis saying that: “critical path method (CPM) doesn’t help project managers planning and scheduling for their projects.

The Study concluded to the following results: 1- Possibility of using critical path method( CPM) in Libyan constructive projects.

2- Critical path method (CPM) requires specialized high skilled technicians who can properly deal with this method.

Finally the study put forward the following recommendations: 1- Priority of depending on critical path method to substitute methods used now, which are almost limitedly used.

2- Constructive project managers are urged to adopt training programs for its cadre on computerized-based usage of critical path method.
