the present study aims at revealing the level of feeling of psychological alienation among the fourth year middle school students in both Al-Islah and Ami Said institutions in the Wadi Mizab region, as well as revealing the differences in the general psychological alienation according to the variable of the free educational institution as well as the differences in the sense of alienation according to the dimensions between the two institutions, To achieve this goa, The study sample consisted of (150) middle school students We have followed descriptive method and the researcher used the measur of the psycho-sociological alienation represented and(spss.v21) conclusion: - Middle school students in each of the two institutions (Ammi Said and reform) suffer from a feeling of psychological alienation at a high level.

- There are no statistically significant differences between Al-Islah and Ami Said institutions in the sense of general psychological alienation.

and ,in the following dimensions: (loss of sense of belonging, lack of adherence to standards, disability, lack of sense of value, indifference, lack of self-esteem)but There are statistically significant differences between Al-Islah and Ami Saeed institutions after (loss of goal).
