English Abstract

The evolution of the crime as a social phenomenon in the development of society and means of communication and ways of committing crime, what is witnessing the world today of tremendous development that led to the means of modern communication in the escape of some criminals after committing the crime or smuggling the money obtained from them outside the territory of the State in which the crime was committed.

In order to confront these cases, which lead to impunity for criminals, avoid the effects of money smuggling, the most important economic effects, because the criminal law applies to the territory of the state only as a rule, and to prosecute criminals or money smuggled abroad work that affects the sovereignty of States, International cooperation in the field of the recovery of criminals and funds resulting from crime.

Criminal policy aimed at achieving deterrence, which required the organization of procedures for the recovery of criminals and the money generated by the crime, which were smuggled abroad.

So we divided this study into two sections: The first topic: International cooperation in the recovery of criminals arising from crimes in accordance with the United Nations Organized Crime Convention 2000 The second topic: International cooperation in the field of asset recovery under the 2003 United Nations Convention against Corruption
