A summary of what was mentioned by the writer Sakhawi "T 902 H", one of the most prominent scientists who have played a role in the Arab Islamic civilization through participation in a number of literature, including the book " Ways to quote in the book "Al-tuhfa Al-tefa fi Tarikh Almadina Alsharefa " which is an important source of the study of Arab Islamic history.

We have tried in this book and through our extrapolation of the texts that belong to this methodological field of translations included in the book, tried to Sakhawi to devise a path contrary to the previous scientists or from the sources adopted in the writing of this book has succeeded in most of them.

Therefore, we find that Sikhawi followed a methodology based on the presentation and analysis of his resources through quotations of texts from those resources, and this approach reflected his general interest in translations, he was keen to provide the most accurate details and the most extensive information about them, it was presented in several ways and linked in overlapping with other texts of translation, As far as possible, to link its resources directly to events that were overlapping in translation and to present them in a varied manner in its quotation or transmission of resources
