Abstract EN

This paper was conducted to explore the current standing of organizational justice at Al-Taif University as perceived by expatriate academic staff.

Three dimensions of organizational justice were considered in this study; namely, distributive justice, procedural justice and interactional justice.

A survey of (25) items was administered to 100 expatriate faculty members who represent all expats working for Al-Taif University.

Validity and reliability of the study tool were confirmed using referees in educational and public administration and Cronbach's alpha coefficient, respectively.

Arithmetic means and standard deviations were used in data analysis.

Findings revealed that the overall level of distributive justice was moderate with a mean of (3.42).

Procedural justice level seemed to be high with an arithmetic mean of (3.5).

Finally, interactional justice was moderate with an arithmetic mean of (3.2).

The paper recommends that the university top management should take necessary measures to optimize organizational justice, especially, distributive and interactional justice.

The paper also recommends that the university should dedicate better efforts to satisfy the needs of expatriate academic staff.
