Abstract EN

This paper is about the Turkish attitude towards the Iraq occupation for Kuwait 1990 – 1991 on the account that Turkey has a diplomatic device which is active and flexible which is able to reduce the effects of that occupation and to enter in meditation to end the crisis but the Turkish diplomacy finds regional role as it one of the most main actors the region due to its geo – political location as as a neighbor for Iraq.

The direct cause which made it possible to stand up to its policy is because of the difference in possibilities between them as well as preoccupied with internal problems.
