Abstract EN

The study area limited in the eastern coast of the Arabian Gulf which is the coastal region of Iran that included the three governorates of Khuzestan, Hormozgan and Bushehr.

This region distinguished with different agricultures comparing with others area.

However, this plant is concentrated in areas of plains and valleys especially in Khuzestan which was characterized by the formation of a plateau or sandy coast.

This paper assured that the theory that stated successful establishment of cane cultivation in a particular location within the Eastern Province of the Arabian Gulf has been proved to be correct.

Although Iran is in general and the study area in particular are not considered a sugar cane producing sites.
