Arabic Abstract

تعد العلاقات السياسية الأردنية - العراقية من الموضوعات المهمة و الحيوية في تاريخ الوطن العربي بسبب اتصالهما الوثيق / القومي و موقعهما الجغرافي المهم لذلك هدفت الدراسة لتحقيق جملة من الأهداف منها : بيان طبيعة العلاقات العراقية الأردنية بين عامي 1991- 2003، و تأثير القوى الإقليمية والدولية على العلاقات بين الدولتين، و قد وظفت الباحثة المنهج التكاملي و الذي يشتمل على المناهج التالية منهج صنع القرار و المنهج الوصفي التحليلي و التاريخي.

و قد خلصت الدراسة الى النتائج التالية ازدهرت العلاقات العراقية الأردنية خلال هذه الفترة (2003-1991) إذ أصبح الأردن العمق الاقتصادي والتجاري للعراق من خلال الاعتماد على ميناء العقبة الأردني للتبادل التجاري، و تحمل الأردن عبء أكثر من (400) ألف عراقي هاجروا إلى الأردن بحثا عن عمل منذ بداية تسعينات القرن الماضي، وشكلت المصالح المتبادلة بين البلدين أساس العلاقة بينهما خلال العقدين الماضيين وانعكاس ذلك على علاقات العراق مع العالم، و قد أرتبط الاقتصاد الأردني بالسوق العراقية و نشأت مصانع كثيرة في الأردن قائمة كليا على تلبية حاجات السوق العراقية، أصبحت مدينة العقبة الأردنية على البحر الأحمر الميناء الرئيس للواردات العراقية، وقدم العراق معونات وتسهيلات كبيرة للأردن والأردنيين كالمنح التعليمية والنفط والمعونات المالية المباشرة و الأفضلية في الاستيراد و توصي الدراسة بضرورة تعميق العلاقات الأردنية – العراقية و حل المشاكل التي تؤثر على هذه العلاقات.

English Abstract

The Jordanian-Iraqi political relations are important and vital subjects in the history of the Arab world because of their close connection / national and geographical location, The study sough to achieve a number of objectives, including: determining the nature of the Iraqi-Jordanian relations between 1991-2003., the researcher employs the comprehensive approach which includes the following approaches: decision-making approach as well as the descriptive analytical approach.

The study found the following: The Iraqi-Jordanian relations flourished during this period (1991-2003) as Jordan became the economic and commercial depth for Iraq by relying on the Jordanian Aqaba port for commercial exchange.

Jordan also took the burden of more than (400) thousand Iraqi immigrants who came to Jordan searching for work since the early 1990s.

The mutual interests between the two countries formed the basis of the relation between them during the past two decades which reflected on the relations of Iraq with the world.

The Jordanian economy has been linked to the Iraqi market and many factories have been established in Jordan to meet the needs of the Iraqi market.

The Jordanian city of Aqaba on the Red Sea has become the main port of Iraqi imports, and Iraq has provided large aid and facilities for Jordan and Jordanians such as educational grants, oil and direct financial aid, The study recommends the need to deepen Jordanian-Iraqi relations and solve the problems that affect these relations.
