The current study is aimed at the reality of social welfare for Saudi women in the judiciary Policy Analysis , by selecting the positive aspects and the shortcomings of the existing .waltousel social policies to planning indicators to improve social care for women in Saudi Arabia `s policies in the area of the judiciary.
The study is based on a multi- : Social Survey by the sample of the teaching of the Kingdom`s universities faculty , curriculum and content of the regulations related to the subject of study analysis methodological framework .
The study concluded Planning Guidelines to improve the social welfare of the Saudi women in the field of justice policies.
