Abstract EN

The study aims to identify the impact of the imposed control by the Ministry of the Interior on the civil society organizations in Gaza Strip.

The researchers used the descriptive and analytical approach for its suitability with the study.

The population of the study consists of supervisors of the civil institutions at the Ministry of Interior.

The researchers uses comprehensive confining method given the size of the sample.

The study uses a questionnaire as a tool for collecting data, 40 questionnaire papers were distributed, 35 of which were filled and obtained back, constituting 87% of papers.

The study result finds a positive impact of the study variables on the performance of the civil institutions.

The most affected variables were supervision legislation and laws, followed by administrative and technical competencies, followed by autonomy, and lastly, tools and techniques of modern supervision.

The study concludes several recommendations as follows, the need to provide incentives for those working in the field of supervision of civil institutions, and conducting trainings and workshops for the staff by the ministry of interior to raise their efficiency and improve their ability to supervise civil institutions.
