Abstract EN

This article highlights an important aspect of the theoretical debate on the contribution of women to the reproduction of male domination within the work of three researchers - Maurice Godelier, Nicole-Claude Mathieu and Pierre Bourdieu.

These three thinkers attempted to determine, from a socioanthropological perspective, the key factors elucidating the causes and conditions surrounding women’s contribution and complicity in reproducing patriarchal systems.
