Arabic Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد مفهوم خطاب الكراهية و أشكاله المتداولة عبر شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي و انعكاساته على المجتمع الأردني، و كذلك تحديد آثار انتشار خطاب الكراهية، و كذا اثاره في منظومة القيم الدينية و الاجتماعية و الثقافية للشعب الأردني.

و قد استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، و اعتمدت على الاستبانة لجمع المعلومات من عينة عشوائية بلغت (400) مفردة جاءت من مختلف تجمعات المجتمع الأردني في العاصمة عمان.

و قد جاءت أهم النتائج كالآتي : 1- اختلفت مفاهيم خطاب الكراهية لدى المستجيبين و تعددت، و جاء في مقدمتها "تشويه الحقائق أو تكذيبها"، و "عدم القبول بالاختلاف مع الآخرين".

2- تعمل شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي على إثارة الفتن بين مكونات المجتمع و تؤدي إلى الفرقة و التناحر، و أنها تفقد المجتمع تماسكه الداخلي فيصبح ضعيفا أمام الأزمات.

3- إن دور شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي تجاه خطاب الكراهية و العنف المجتمعي يعتمد على طبيعة المستخدم - مستواه الاجتماعي و التعليمي، وقد تسهم في نشر معلومات مضللة.

4- إن خطاب الكراهية عبر الفيسبوك قد يؤدي إلى التطرف و التناحر الديني و المذهبي، و يضعف التكافل الاجتماعي بين الناس.

5- يمكن أن تسهم مؤسسات المجتمع المدني و خاصة المؤسسات الدينية و الإعلامية في محاربة الفكر المتطرف، و ذلك من خلال نشر ثقافة الاحترام المتبادل و ممارسة أنشطة في المجتمع لمحاربة الكراهية.

و توصي الدراسة بإجراء المزيد من الدراسات على مختلف جوانب موضوع الكراهية، و طرق مواجهة هذه الظاهرة من خلال مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي نفسها، و ليس من خلال قوانين العقوبات فحسب.

English Abstract

The study aimed at defining the concept of hate speech and its forms through social networking sites and its impact on Jordanian society, as well as determining the effects of the spread of hate speech, as well as its effects on the religious, social and cultural values of the Jordanian people.

The study used the descriptive approach, relied on the questionnaire to collect information from a random sample of (400) that came from various groups of Jordanian society in the capital Amman area.

The most important results were as follows : 1- There are different concepts of hatred circulating through social networking sites, the most prominent was the "distorting the facts or to deny," and "not to accept differences with others." 2- Social networking sites may stir up strife between the components of society and lead to division and rivalry, and it loses the community's internal cohesion becomes weak in the face of crises.

The role played by social media towards hate speech and community violence depends on the nature of the user - his social and educational level, and contributes to the dissemination of misleading information.

4- Hate speech via Facebook may impact the system of religious, social and cultural values of the Jordanian people, and may lead to extremism and religious and sectarian strife, and weaken social solidarity among people.

Civil society institutions, especially religious and media institutions, can contribute to the dissemination of a culture of mutual respect and to activities in society to combat hatred.

The study recommends further studies on various aspects of the theme of hate, and ways to address this phenomenon through social networking sites themselves, not only through penal laws.
