Abstract EN

The present research explores the situation of rural development in Al-Zubair district and identifies the most important natural and human troubles that it faces.

The work also seeks treatment of these problems in order to achieve a successful development in that land.

The results show that the land under study suffer from low level of services which are provided from the state and the people are in need for these services which include health-care services, education, infrastructure , etc.

Besides, this place lacks tourism and industrial development as well as surpassing the lands that are agrarian.
