Drinking alcohol between legislations of the prophet Mohammad (PBUH) and Iraqi punishment law no.

111 in 1969 and its amendment is one of the subjects that deserves to be investigated.

Many specialists have ignored this subject and never try to study it.

The researcher tries humbly to approach such a topic especially after the success he made in similar study concerned with Iraqi CivilStatus Law.

Many others consider it as a gut.

The aim of this study is to make others see how the legislator corrupts the divine laws without being stopped by others.

The researcher urges others to investigate this research which consists of an introduction with a definition of alcohol and the history of manufacturing it.

It is followed by how it is forbidden at the time of Abdul Mutalab Bin Hashim (Peace be upon them) to the time of the prophet Muhammed (PBUH), His attitude, and the punishment of its drinker.

There is also a separate section about wine and other types together with drums in which it is made.

Last section is about the attitude of the postural legislator.
