هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة استخدام أعضاء هيئة التدريس في الجامعات الأردنية الخاصة لأنظمة إدارة التعلم الإلكتروني LMS)) و العوامل التي تحد من ذلك الاستخدام من وجهة نظرهم.

و قامت الباحثة باستخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي للإجابة عن أسئلة الدراسة الثلاثة، و من خلال توزيع الاستبانة على عينة الدراسة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بالجامعات الأردنية الخاصة و البالغ عددهم (274) عضو هيئة تدريس للفصل الدراسي الأول 2017/2018 و لتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم إعداد استبانة تكونت من ثلاثة أجزاء أساسية، الجزء الأول : يتضمن المعلومات الديموغرافية، و الجزء الثاني : يتعلق بمجالات استخدام أعضاء هيئة التدريس في الجامعات الأردنية الخاصة لنظام إدارة التعلم الإلكتروني (LMS) و تكون من (25) فقرة، و الجزء الثالث : يتعلق بالعوامل التي تحد من درجة استخدام أعضاء هيئة التدريس في الجامعات الأردنية الخاصة لنظام إدارة التعلم الإلكتروني LMS))، و تكون من (14) فقرة، و تم التحقق من صدقها و ثباتها.

English Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify the degree to which the faculty of the Jordanian private universities uses the learning management systems and the factors affect the use in their point of view.

The researcher has used the scanning descriptive method to answer the study three questions and through the distribution of the questionnaire on the sample of the 274 faculty members in the private Jordanian universities for the fall semester of the academic year 2017/2018.

But in order to achieve the objective of the study, the questionnaire has been prepared where it consists of three parts.

The first part includes the demographic information, the second part relates to the use of the faculty in the Jordanian private universities for the learning management system, consists of 25 paragraphs, and the third part relates to the factors that affect the degree of use of the faculty in the Jordanian private universities for the learning management systems, consist of 14 paragraphs, where their validity and constancy have been verified.

Results of the study has showed that the degree of use of the faculty in the Jordanian private universities for the learning management systems (LMS) and the factors that affect such use of their point of view are moderate, and it has also showed no statistically significant differences at the level of significance ( a = 0.05) to the degree of use of faculty for learning management (LMS) is attributed to gender variable, and the presence of statistically significant differences at the level of significance ( a = 0.05) to the degree of use of the faculty in the Jordanian private universities for the learning management systems (LMS) due to the variables of experience, and academic rank.

The study has recommended encouraging the use of learning management systems with their multiple potentials in the educational aspect; and the development of the capacity of the faculty and training them to employ learning management systems in the educational learning process.
