Arabic Abstract
هدفت الدراسة الحالية تعرف درجة توافر الكفايات التعليمية لدى معلمي اللغة العربية في المرحلة الثانوية من وجهة نظر معلمي اللغة العربية و مديري المدارس في لوائي ناعور و وادي السير, و تعرف الفروق ذات الدلالة الاحصائية في درجة توافرها لدى معلمي اللغة العربية تبعا لمتغيري (الجنس, و سنوات الخبرة) تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي، اختيرت عينة عشوائية من معلمي اللغة العربية بلغت (120) معلما و معلمة، و (56) مديرا ومديرة في كلا اللوائيين, تم تطوير استبانة لتحقيق اهداف الدراسة، و تم التحقق من صدقها وثباتها و توصلت الدراسة إلى ما يأتي: ان الكفايات التعليمية للمجالات الثلاث ( التخطيط، و التنفيذ، و التقويم ) جاءت بدرجة مرتفعة لدى المعلمين من وجهة نظر المعلمين والمدراء ، و وجود فروق ذات دلالة تبعا لمتغير الجنس لصالح الإناث لدى المعلمين و عدم وجود فروق لدى المدراء تبعا لمتغير الجنس و كذلك عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في جميع المجالات و الأداة الكلية تعزى إلى سنوات الخبرة لدى المعلمين و المدراء.
English Abstract
The objective of the present study is to determine the degree of availability of educational competencies among Arabic language teachers in the secondary stage from the point of view of Arabic language teachers and school principals in the districts of Naour and Wadi El Sir.
The statistical significance of the availability of Arabic language teachers according to variables (gender, years of experience) the descriptive approach was used.
A random sample of 120 Arabic teachers was selected and 56 managers and managers were selected in each of the two questionnaires.
A questionnaire was developed to achieve the objectives of the study and its validity was verified.
The educational competencies of the three domains (planning, implementation and evaluation) were high among teachers and managers, and there were significant differences according to the gender variable in favor of females in teachers, there is no stsisticaly differences among managers according to the gender variable.
As well as there is no stsisticaly differences of statistical significance in all areas and the total tool attributed to the years of experience of teachers and managers.
