Abstract EN

This research sheds light upon the gradual implementation of the Islamic law (Sharia) which is considered to be a difficult way because of many obstacles that prevent implementing it in this era.

This research shows that Islamic law (Sharia) should be implemented completely and the permission of the gradual implementing is an exception depending on certain conditions and circumstances that justify leaving implementing some Islamic rules and applying it gradually when it is necessary.

This necessity is not a general rule and should not b exaggerated.

This research also discusses some contemporary samples of implementing Islamic law (Sharia) in some Islamic countries which were prevented from implementing it during the colonial campaign in the Islamic world and what was achieved in gradual implementation of Islamic law (Sharia) in those countries.

Furthermore, this research highlights the experience of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in implementing the Islamic law (Sharia) which considered the Holy Quran and Sunnah to be the main basis of its rule.

This did not come through gradual implementing and it proved that gradual implementing is not necessary or a difficult way to implement Islamic law (Sharia) in all conditions and circumstances.
