During the last two centuries, many companies in the world have been broken duren due to the poor control of owners and other stakeholders.

In managers, form this point came our study to examine the issue of governance, which is considered as an effective tool for monitoring, It is based on a set of internal mechanisms as the board of management, including internal mechanisms of government.

The main question of this study is to find the relationship between quality audit and the internal mechanisms of corporate governance.
