The study aims to know the level of marital adjustment among a sample of workers in the health sector in Laghouat, and to know the differences between the workers in the level of marital adjustment according to the sex variables and the marriage period.

To achieve the purposes of the research use the analytical descriptive method.

A sample of 182 workers in the health sector was chosen deliberately, The statistical parameters of the study were applied and the marital compatibility measure was applied by the researcher.

After collecting the data, it was abstracted and processed statistically using the statistical program (Spss).

We used the following statistical methods: frequencies, percentages, standard deviations, t-test of differences , and variation analysis.We found the following results.

The presence of a high level of marital adjustment among a sample of workers in the health sector in Laghouat, The lack of differences in marital adjustment among workers in the health sector depending on variables (sex - marriage period).
