Abstract EN

The study investigates the “Psychological Burnout of the alternative mother in the centers of assisted childhood”.

The importance of this study is to try to diagnosis a morbidity syndrome resulting from several psychosocial and occupational factors; the MASLASH test was applied to 40 alternative mothers in a deliberate manner.

We found that mothers suffer from high degrees in the test, especially in Emotional stress and Lack of sense of accomplishment.

and there are statistically significant differences in the scores of the scale related to age, professional experience, and educational level
