Abstract AR

The process of implementation supervisory in the algerian law is ineffective in the absence of legal provisions that regulate such a process , the lack of public persecution’s role clarity in this regard, and the distribution of jurisdictions that adjudicate disputes related to implementation between the president of the tribunal and trial judge .in contrast to comparative legislations , which adopted the enforcement judge’s regime and granted him authority to adjudicate all the implementation related disputes and assigned him adminsrative supervisory authority on implementation , either to public perseuction or independent judicial body.
