English Abstract

This message aims at controlling the brokerage companies and the statement of laws, rules and standards regulating the control of these companies in each of the countries, Jordan Iraq and Egypt, especially those that protect the rights of the dealers and the renter.

The purpose of this letter to control the brokerage companies and to indicate the laws, rules and regular calibration of their control over these companies in Iraq, Jordan and Egypt, especially those that protect the rights of deal us in vectors and owners of other Factories associated with the company , its rights and obligations , as well as the control and then traces and the necessities of the Iraqi project to grant the securities Authority greater powers of control in the Legislation of the permanent Law on the grounds that the current law is temporary emphasizes the creation of a kind of land and the coordination between the provisional Authority of bonds and the council of the management of the purpose of protecting investors and maintain the level of advanced performance in the stock market to suit what is in international stock exchanges
