And Algeria occupies fourth rank in the world in terms of number of the traffic accidents, as it recorded the highest rate in the world in terms of number of accidents, according to the report published by the Algerian Ministry of Transport, which reported that the number of traffic accidents recorded in Algeria more than 12 times as recorded in Italy and 13 times what records in the United States and 10 times that recorded in France, which poses a threat to life and property, which requires examination of all aspects and draw strategies to configure drivers as much as the case of traffic culture through the development of training programs and the system of granting driver's licenses in the schools of driving.
