The field of learning difficulties had an importatant progress and development during the last two decades of the twentieth century.

It still to continue during the current decade as the field is developing in which it involves various issues including the identification of learning difficultieswhich is considered as one of the most important topics at the present in the field of education and learning, which is related to a large group of interested people with their different specialists, such as doctors ,psychologists, scientists of Education, sociologists, teachers, parents ,and others Thus we identify the most important features of the pupil who has learning difficulties.

As well as the difficulty of its discovering despite this kind of learners are wildey found in classes.

To identify and to diagnose and to solve this problem we should identify the learning difficulties and the concepts that are associated with it, as well as the causes of learning difficulties in identifying the problem learning difficulties.
