Abstract EN

The study aimed to know the general attribute emotional intelligence to the Palestinian prisoners in the West Bank under the deal of fulfillment free.

To investigate this goal the researcher followed the descriptive method, was the use of a measure emotional intelligence designed by the researcher.

The sample size was (207) prisoners selected randomly.

Treatment of the data was by using The Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS).

The study found the following results: main feature of the emotional intelligence High to the freed prisoners Palestinians.

There are differences with statistical significance on the Richter Emotional intelligence between the liberated prisoners Palestinians attributable for detention.

In the lights of these results the researcher developed a number of recommendations including; intensifying educational seminars to strengthen the social relations between the liberated prisoners and their definition of emotional intelligence and its dimensions.
