Abstract EN

The aim of this study was to identify the reality of Educational Supervision and its role in of improving some teaching comptencies for English language teachers in the secondary level, represented in the comptencies that related to the role of Educational Supervision through visiting the teacher of English language inside classroom, also in fields of comptencies that specific in teaching aids and helping teacher in developing the professional relationship.

The targeted community of this study was the teachers (male & female) of English language in the secondary school in Gazira State Qurashi Locality.

A randomly sample was taken of 30 teacher (male & female) that represent (56.7%).

Both of the researchers followed the descriptive method and questionare as a tool for collecting data.

Data were analyzed statically by using the program of statically package social science (SPSS).

The main findings of the study as follow: the Educational Supervision according to the point of view of English language teachers is satisfactory with regard to visiting the classroom where their answers proved that Educational Supervision adopts a method that leads to the development of their teaching comptencies in this field, the two fields of teaching aids and developing the professional relationship Educational Supervision is very week
