Technological advance that has touched different products that have led to the rush of consumers to purchase them.

However, this progress in the development of products has not been without various damages that may affect consumers .This is due to the non-respect of interveners to the descriptions that they have agreed on them , or required by the law which pushed Algerian legislator to protect the weak party in contractual relationships that is “ the consumer” by imposing a compliance obligation on interveners with the arrangement of its contractual liability in case of violation of this obligation through what ids stated in the civil code, the consumer protection and the suppression of fraud
