This research's title has been came «Counterfeiting Electronic documents between a portability the subjection to traditional rules and need to be observed for the privacy» aims to highlight how the algerian legislator protected an electronic documents against counterfeit crimes, under of his abstention for developing a punitive legislation to fit with technological progress and privacy of modern documents .

This study has been discussed the topic in three axes, related to the legal corner, the evidence of the electronic documents counterfeit crime, in addition, its physical corner, specially, what is attached to a ways of physical and mental counterfeit, and damage corner, mental corner as well.

The study concluded that it must develop the Algerian punitive legislation to fit with the electronic documents counterfeit crime, even without applying a traditional rules, in difficult and complex conditions
