Abstract EN

The aim of this study is to explore the views of the administrative and educational staff in the schools of the city of Tripoli in the north of Lebanon on the reality of the educational management of human resources in light of the standards of total quality management, and in order to achieve the objective, the descriptive analytical method was used by presenting the theoretical literature of the subject and the previous studies, and preparing a questionnaire to monitor the missions and the functions of the Human Resources Section in schools and identify ways to develop it, and through the results of the study, the researcher found that there are obstacles that prevent the Department to perform optimally, and the study concluded with a set of recommendations and proposals that reflect the need to implement TQM for human resources in the school.
