Abstract EN
This study aimed to identify the relationship between organizational citizenship and administrative creativity.
it was conducted on a sample of 100 managers from the Sonatrach company (Aval Oran).
An analytical descriptive method was used.
The questionnaire used for the collect of data is divided into two variables: the organizational citizenship behavior and administrative creativity.
The results showed a correlation between organizational citizenship and administrative creativity.
