The Natural mediumis a vital element in the creation and organization of the field.

This is the fundamental basis in understanding the various human activities and all the development exploits may be a barrier or obstacle to the success and development of agricultural policy.

The good organization of agricultural activity through the experience of the policy of the agricultural oceans, depends on modern means of production, developed and useful agricultural methods, especially in desert areas.

This policy aims at modernizing desert agriculture and moving from the agricultural type to agriculture in modern investments by breaking down the vertical integration in agriculture, expanding the exploited agricultural areas and following modern methods that eliminate the old agricultural system by adopting a double agricultural system.
