The researcher faces a great problem Concerning now to obtain Sources and studies relations in the modern Assyrian era.

Because most of the sources and studies available in our university focus on the history of Iran since the era of the Achaemenid state and beyond, with regard to the history of Elam (ancient Iran), our information is very few and we find it is many cases over lapping with the political history of the owner who was in Mesopotamia.

The study deals with the problematic nature of the study of the Assyrian – Eilamian relations, which are problematic in the knowledge of Iranian history forces that included the old testament, then the problematic geographic location and determine the general and special framework of the country of Elam, it also highlight the problematic nature the language as one of the most important problems in identifying the forces of the study of Assyrian – Elamian, more importantly, the problematic nature of the knowledge of the written forces, with the problematic of the conduct of excavation and see that results of excavations archaeological, finally, we highlight the problem of knowing the relations through the sources and the single side, specifically those associated with historical texts related to the history of the civilization of Mesopotamia in general and the history of Assyrian in particular.
