The phenomenon of Sufism is one of the most prominent features of Algeria's modern history.

Sufism, despite their limited potential, has assumed an important place within society by strengthening ties of brotherhood between members of the community and tribes through the repair of disputes and disputes.

Giving priority to solidarity with fragile and vulnerable groups during the difficult circumstances experienced by the country during crises, or in the absence of power sometimes and inability to address the concerns of the popular groups.

The headquarters of the Sufis (Zawaya) have been transformed into a shelter to feed and shelter , the poor, the needy, the saboteurs and the students of knowledge.

They also provided the simple help and treatment for the patients and took some religious seasons to serve the community spiritually, economically and socially.
