Arabic Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى اختبار أثر العوامل الاقتصادية والاجتماعية على استخدام الموارد الزراعية الأرضية في منطقة الحدادة في محافظة جرش، من خلال تحديد العوامل الاقتصادية و الاجتماعية لسكان المنطقة و علاقتها بأساليب استخدام و إدارة الموارد الزراعية الأرضية، و قياس مدى العدالة في توزيع الحيازات الزراعية الأرضية.

و لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم اختيار 220 مزارع كعينة عشوائية من مجتمع بلغ 566 مزارع أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن الحيازات الزراعية في منطقة الدراسة تعاني من درجة كبيرة من التفتت حيث بلغت نحو 17 بلغت مساحة الحيازات الزراعية (2916) دونم وبمتوسط حجم الحيازة الزراعية بلغت (13.3 دونم) و قد بلغ معامل جيني للحيازات الزراعية (0.56) الذي يدل على وجود عدم عدالة في توزيع الحيازات الزراعية.

و أظهرت نتائج التحليل الاحصائي باستخدام تحليل التباين في اتجاه واحد، عن وجود علاقة معنوية ما بين مستوى الدخل السنوي، و كل من النشاط الزراعي - النشاط النباتي أو النشاط الحيواني، فئات المساحة المملوكة و ادارة و استغلال الحيازات الزراعية، و ما بين طرق استغلال الحيازات الزراعية و حجم العمالة العائلية، و ذلك عند مستوى معنوية (0.01).

و في ضوء النتائج أوصت الدراسة بمجموعة توصيات أهمها نشر الوعي بضرورة الحفاظ على الموارد الزراعية و خصوصا الأرضية منها بشكل يحفظ ديمومتها من خلال نشر مفهوم التنمية المستدامة ضمن مختلف وسائل التوعية، و المطالبة بإصدار تشريعات شاملة و مدروسة يمكن أن تتضمن وضع حدود دنيا لمساحات القطع المسموح بإفرازها من الأراضي الزراعية وفقا للقدرة الإنتاجية للأرض.

English Abstract

The objective of this study was to study the impact of economic and social factors on the use of agricultural land resources in Al-Hadada area in Jerash governorate, by identifying the economic and social factors of the population of the region and their relationship to the methods of use and management of agricultural land resources, and measuring the extent of justice in the distribution of agricultural land holdings, to achieve the objectives of the study, 220 farmers were selected as samples from a community of 566 farmers.

The results of the study showed that the agricultural plots in the study area suffer from a high degree of fragmentation accounting for 17 The area of agricultural land owned (2916) dunums, with an average ownership of 13.3 dunums.

The Gini coefficient for agricultural holdings (0.56) which indicates an unfair distribution of agricultural holdings.

The results of the statistical analysis using the one-way analysis, the existence of a significant relationship between the level of annual income and each of (Agricultural activity, plant activity or animal activity, categories of owned areas, management and exploitation of agricultural holdings), and between the methods of agricultural land use and the size of family employment, at a significant level (0.01).

The study recommended a number of recommendations, the most important of which is to raise awareness of the need to conserve agricultural resources, especially the land in order to preserve its permanence, through the dissemination of the concept of sustainable development within the various means of outreach.

Also, to demand the enactment of comprehensive and studied legislation which may include the establishment of minimum limits for the areas of lands allowed to be released from agricultural land according to the production capacity of the land.
