Arabic Abstract
هدفت هذه الدراسة استقصاء مدى توافر معايير الجودة الشاملة في كتب الحاسوب المطورة للمرحلة الأساسية في الأردن من وجهة نظر المعلمين و المديرين و المشرفين التربويين، في مديرية التربية و التعليم الأولى في محافظة إربد، و تعرف هل توجد فروق في تقديراتهم.
و كانت عينتها مجتمعها كاملا ؛ لقلة العدد، و تألفت من (۸۸) معلما، و (۷۰) مديرا، و (٦) مشرفين، وأما أداتها فتألفت من (۷۹) معيارا من معايير جودة الكتب، وزعت على (٦) مجالات.
نتائجها كانت أن تقديرات المعلمين و المديرين و المشرفين لدرجة توافر معايير الجودة الشاملة جاءت بدرجة تقدير مرتفعة، و أنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (a<50.0) في تقديراتهم المجالات، و في الأداة ككل، و في ضوء النتائج قدمت عدة توصيات أهمها أن يكون ضمن فريق تأليف الكتب خبراء علم نفس لجعل محتوياته تنسجم مع قدرات الطلبة، و ميولهم، على جميع و ان تصاغ الأهداف بعبارات واضحة، و أن تتوزع الأنشطة التقويمية خلال محتوياتها.
English Abstract
The purpose of this study is to examine the availability and the level of the total quality standards in the developed computer’s books for the primary stage in Jordan, from the point of view of teachers, administrators and educational supervisors in first Irbid education Governorate.
Furthermore, to identify whether there are differences in their evaluations.
The sample of this study was all of its population consisted of (88) Teachers, (70) School Principals, (6) Supervisors.
its tool was a questionnaire consisting with a (79) measures, distributed in (6) fields.
The results showed that the participants’ appraisal and response was to the extent of high degree in regards to the availability of the overall quality standards, and that there were no significant differences at the level of the statistically significant (α≤0.05) on all areas.
In the light of the results, several recommendations have been introduced.
The most important ones are that the team of book’s authors should include psychologists to make the book content is reliable with the students' abilities and preferences and the objectives should be conveyed in clear conducts and the assessment activities should be scattered throughout the contents
