Arabic Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الى التعرف على قائمة التدفقات النقدية و التعرف على ماهيه العائد غير العادي على الاسهم و كيفيه قياسه, و تسليط الضوء على العلاقة المحتملة بين المعلومات المتعلقة بالأنشطة التشغيلية و الاستثمارية و التمويلية والعوائد غير العادية للاسهم.

اعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في جمع واستخراج البيانات اللازمة لقياس كل من استمرارية الشركات و ممارسة إدارة الأرباح.

تكون مجتمع الدراسة من الشركات الصناعية المساهمة العامة المدرجة في بورصة عمان و ذلك حسب دليل الشركات من الموقع الرسمي لبورصة عمان والبالغ عددها 62 شركة صناعية موزعة على جميع القطاعات الصناعية.

و ثمتلت عينة الدراسة بعدد شركات بلغت 58 شركة وذلك بعد استبعاد 4 شركات لمخالفاتها شروط اختيار العينة تم استخدام برمجية E-Views لمعالجة البيانات الأولية حيث تم استخدام المقاييس والاختبارات الإحصائية.

بالاعتماد على نتائج تحليل بيانات الدراسة، و اختبار الفرضيات، تم التوصل إلى مجموعه من النتائج من أهمها : وجود أثر لصافي التدفقات النقدية من الأنشطة التشغيلية و الاستثمارية و التمويلية مجتمعة على تحقيق العوائد غير العادية لأسهم الشركات الصناعية.

كذلك تبين وجود اختلاف كبير بين الشركات الصناعية من حيث قدرتها على توليد النقد من العمليات التشغيلية.

و قدم الباحث مجموعه من التوصيات من اهمها : ضرورة أن يقوم المستثمرين في الاسهم في السوق المالي، بدراسة القوائم المالية المنشورة للشركة، و الاستفادة من المعلومات التي تقدمها هذه القوائم لتقييم استثماراتهم و ضرورة أن تقوم الشركات الصناعية بمتابعه أسعار أسهمها، و تحديد مدى الطلب على الأسهم و تحديد نقاط القوة و الضعف.

English Abstract

The aim of the study is to identify the cash flow statement, identifying the Abnormal Returns on stocks and how to measure them, and highlighting the potential impact of the information related to operating activities, investment, financing on the Abnormal Returns of shares.

The study adopted the descriptive analytical method in collecting and extracting the necessary data to measure both the continuity of companies and the practice of profit management.

The study society is one of the industrial shareholding companies listed on the Amman Stock Exchange according to the directory of companies from the official website of the ASE, which is 62 industrial companies distributed in all industrial sectors.

The sample of the study was the number of companies reached 58 companies after the exclusion of 4 companies for violations of the conditions of selection of the sample.

E-Views software was used to process raw data were statistical measures and tests were used.

Based on the results of the analysis of the study data and the testing of the hypotheses, a number of results were obtained, the most important of which are : the impact of the net cash flows from the operating, investment and financing activities combined to achieve the abnormal returns of the shares of the industrial companies.

There was also a significant difference between industrial companies in terms of their ability to generate cash from operational operations.

The researcher made a number of recommendations, the most important of which is that the investors in the stock market should study the published financial statements of the company, benefit from the information provided by these lists to evaluate their investments, and the need for industrial companies to follow up the prices of their shares, Points of strength and weakness
