Abstract EN

The 20th century have witnessed an information revolution and a significant development in various technologies and electronic devices which had a major impact on the digital transformation in various fields of life.

Most of the sectors and domain nowadays are deploying the technology in their different activities and core businesses.

Fields such as health, education, marketing, administration and other fields hardly to be operated without technology and the latter becomes core of their different activities and services.

The field of e-management’s work is based on the effective and integrated use of all information and communication technologies in an attempt to facilitate and accelerate transactions with high accuracy.

e-management has the greatest impact on the development of countries and governments and their excellence in the fields of administrative development through the use of modern technology to introduce a wide range of e- services those contributed to the development and resulting in wealth communities.

The researchers in this study investigates e-transactions concept in term of definition, implementation requirements, the extent it could be implemented and the main obstacles might be encountered.

The research tend to answer the following main question: “What is the role of e-transactions in administrative development from the point of view of Emirate of Al Baha Region’s staff?”.

The study have concluded with a number of constructive recommendations and suggestions that contribute to the overall enhancement to the role of e-management in administrative development.
