Abstract EN

The paper aims to describe the experience of the Sudan University of science and technology in the Arabization of higher education, and to clarify what it planning and implementation, and the resultant opinions and discussions between acceptance and rejection.

This paper addresses issues in accordance with the descriptive approach supported by a historical approach, with description and analysis, and development University of Sudan, and the evolution of transformation and change in academic and administrative aspects, and organizational.

Then talk about the concept paper, and an overview of Sudanese society, and the reasons for adoption, and their phases since independence, followed by a statement of the planned objectives of the localization at the University of Sudan, and the implementation of variables, and methods, curricula, and seminars, conferences and workshops held, and what resulted from the decisions and recommendations, and the implementation of these decisions and recommendations and a calendar.

And the pros that accompanied the experiment-and they are many-and evidence of success and acceptance, and negatives in the experiment after these points come the paper's findings, notably that all sectors of Sudanese society agree on principle of localization and qualify them at how stages.
