Abstract EN

The study dealt with a very important subject which the opinion of the interested people of the state from the Arab tribes or non Arab tribes in peaceful settlement process of South Kordofan's issues, considering that the study witnessed many political development in the South Kordofan's issue, where about ten negotiation round have been held between the government and the SPLM/ N sector without improving in progress in the issue, also the study addressed by description and analysis to the general infrastructure of the state, and a number of points of strengthen and points of weakens and challenges and opportunities.

Also showed the subject of negotiation and the available choices also provide some proposals to solve the problem.

Then turning each themes that relate to power and wealth and participation in governance and services and humanitarian theme which remained the speech of all parties and take priority in every negotiation of the ten rounds, regarding the primary information, the researcher gets through observation and homeliness and photo department in the state, Secondary data were obtained by researcher through official reports and some books, periodicals and reports of negotiating rounds and sit down with the leaders of these Arab and non-Arab groups, the study found many of the results, including: establishment of a fund for the reconstruction of the region similar to the East and the Darfur Fund.

A number of recommendations have been formulated including the need to accelerate the process of peaceful settlement of sound, not to engage in a war that cannot be achieved any victory for any of the parties.
