According to the importance Design theories in developing the design and execution of the projects, this study aims at attaining the following objectives: completion of a typical universities classrooms ، To identify the higher institutions on the modality of applying the Design concepts in solving the problems.

The study came out with the following findings: Not paying attention to applying the Design theories concepts in designing and executing the projects by the responsible entities ،The best way to solve the problems is following the approach of The general methodology for design، Application of the general methodology for design concept enables the teaching staff of over com problems in using teaching aids ، Based on the aforementioned findings, the study recommends that :Course is to prepared combine of the General logical design methodology concept for all majors، The higher education institutions must apply the general design concepts because they are deemed the starting base for scientific developments.
