Abstract EN

The title of the present research is " Brothers in Quran" with reference to the tenth verse in Al Hujurat Surah applying this verse to brotherhood between migrants and advocates.

This paper comes to make things clear concerning the suspicion made against the prophet Mohammad (peace be upon him and his offspring).

The starting point is with the concept of brotherhood from a linguistic view.

Then there is a question which is the relation between this verse and the historical facts about brotherhood.

Actually, this verse addressed the strengthening the bonds between the believers.

It is a social and economic treatment for the Moslems after Hijra.

The climax lies in understanding the concept of brotherhood and whether it happened or not.

A lot of researchers agreed to the problem of brotherhood, whereas, the scientific investigation proved the opposite.

Part of answering this question comes from knowing the linguistic analysis of "brotherhood".

This point of analysis is considered a strong starting step to conceptualize "Brotherhood".

The researcher has conducted and checked the primary sources and neglected the secondary sources believing that it is better to discuss and investigate any subject from those sources that represent the core points and paying no attention those books which revolve around the subject.
