Abstract EN

This study aims at identifying the effectiveness of (Scratch Program) in acquiring interactive software design skills among the 7th grade female students.

The Researchers set the required skills of interactive software design depending on the quality of (Scratch Program).

They also prepared an observation sheet to measure the level of interactive software design skills and applied it on 25 female students from the 7th grade.

The researchers used the (Quasi-experimental approach) based on pre- and post-implementation per sample.

The results of the study showed that there are statistically significant differences at the level (α=0.05) in the practical skill through the observation sheet of the interactive software design skills, in favor of the post implementation of the program.

The percentage of students› ability to design interactive softwares was 80%..

The (Scratch Program) achieved an effectiveness of more than (1.2) according to Blacke›s modified gain ratio test, which indicates the effectiveness of the program in acquiring the skills of interactive software design among the seventh grade students
