Arabic Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة البناء النفسي لدى أفراد وضباط الأمن الوطني الفلسطيني وعلاقته بالرضا عن الحياة، كما هدفت إلى التعرف على أثر بعض متغيرات الديمغرافية التي تتمثل في العمر، و الحالة الاجتماعية، و مكان السكن والرتبة العسكرية، و مستوى الدخل، و سنوات الخدمة، على درجة كل من البناء النفسي و الرضا عن الحياة لدى أفراد وضباط الأمن الوطني الفلسطيني.

و من أجل تحقيق هدف الدراسة قام الباحث بتطوير استبانة كأداة للدراسة تكونت من (73) فقرة موزعة على مقياسين رئيسيين، هما : البناء النفسي و الرضا عن الحياة ، وقد تم تطبيقها على عينة بلغ حجمها (300) فردِ و ضابط من جهاز الأمن الوطني الفلسطيني، تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية العنقودية، وبعد تجميعها تم ترميزها وإدخالها إلى الحاسوب ومعالجتها إحصائيا باستخدام برنامج الرزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS) تم قياس صدقها وثباتها واستخدم الباحث المنهج الارتباطي.

توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها وجود علاقة طردية موجبة دالة إحصائيا بين البناء النفسي و الرضا عن الحياة لدى أفراد جهاز الأمن الوطني الفلسطيني وضباطه، و وجود درجة استجابة مرتفعة على الترجة الكلية لمجال البناء النفسي، و كذلك وجود درجة استجابة مرتفعة على الدرجة الكلية لمجال الرضا عن الحياة، و أظهرت النتائج - أيضا عدم وجود فروق ذات دالة إحصائية بين متوسطات استجابات عينة الدراسة في درجة البناء النفسي لدى أفراد الأمن الوطني الفلسطيني و ضباطه تعزى لمتغيرات الحالة الاجتماعية، ومكان السكن(في حين كان هناك فروق دالة إحصائيا تعزى لمتغيرات العمر، و الرتبة العسكرية، و مستوى الدخل، و سنوات الخدمة)، و لصالح الأعمار الكبيرة، و مستويات (جندي و ضابط) و مستوى (أكثر من 3000 شيكل)، و مستويات أقل من 5 سنوات ، و أكثر من 10 سنوات .

كذلك أشارت النتائج إلى وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات استجابات عينة الدراسة في درجة الرضا عن الحياة لدى أفراد الأمن الوطني الفلسطيني وضباطه تعزى لمتغيرات (العمر، والحالة الاجتماعية، ومكان السكن، ومستوى الأخل)، في حين كان هناك فروق عند نفس مستوى الدلالة تعزى لمتغيرات (الرتبة العسكرية و سنوات الخدمة)، و لصالح مستويات (جندي ، و ضابط)، و مستويات (أقل من 5 سنوات ، وأكثر من 10 سنوات).

في ضوء نتائج الدراسة اقترح الباحث جملة من التوصيات كان أهمها : إنشاء وحدة مركزية كهيئة الإرشاد النفسي، و يكون مجال عملها في جميع الأجهزة الأمنية الفلسطينية، مثل : هيئة التنظيم والإدارة و هيئة الإمداد والتجهيز و غيرها، و أن يدخل قياس مستوى الصحة النفسية كشرط من شروط التفريغ في الأجهزة الأمنية، مثل : الفحص الطبي والبحث الأمني، والطول، والعمر سواء للجنود أو الضباط في الكليات العسكرية وجامعة الاستقلال و الاهتمام بتقديم الخدمات النفسية لجميع العسكريين الذين يكون مجال عملهم في مناطق التماس مع جنود الاحتلال، و ستفهم الآثار النفسية المترتبة لهذا العمل، وتعميم تجربة الأمن الوطني الفلسطيني في إنشاء وحدة الدعم النفسي على باقي الأجهزة الأمنية والعسكرية، و إجراء المزيد من الدراسات النفسية تهتم بالعسكريين ؛ للوقوف على الجوانب المهمة في حياتهم.

English Abstract

This study aimed to identify the relationship between self-building confidence among members and officers of the Palestinian National Security and its relation to life satisfaction.

It also aimed at identifying the effect of some of the study variables, namely: age, social status, place of residence, military rank, income level and years of service.

To achieve the goal of the study, the researcher developed a questionnaire as a tool of the study, consisting of (73) paragraphs divided into two areas: the field of psychological construction and the field of life satisfaction, and was applied to a sample of (300) members and officers of the Palestinian National Security Service.

The sample was chosen by random stratified method.

After that, data was collected, input to the computer and processed statistically using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS), and its validity and stability were measured.

The researcher used the descriptive analytical method.

The study reached a number of results, the most important of which are: the existence of a positive correlation with statistically significant between the psychological structure and life satisfaction among the members and officers of the Palestinian National Security Service; and the existence of a high degree of response on the overall degree of psychological construction field, in addition to the existence of a positive degree of response on the total degree of life satisfaction.

The results showed that there were no statistically significant differences, due to the variables of (the social status and the place of residence), above the significance level of (α = 0.05), between the mean responses of the study sample in the psychological construction’s degree of the members and officers of the Palestinian National Security.

Yet there were differences at the same level of significance due to the variables of (age, military rank, income level, and years of service), in favor of older ages, (soldier and officer levels), and (the levels of those who earn more than 3000 NIS) and levels of those who have less than 5 and more than 10 years’ service).

The results indicated that there were statistically significant differences, due to the variables of (age, social status, place of residence and income level) above the significance level of (α = 0.05), between the mean of the responses of the study sample in the degree of life satisfaction of the members and officers of the Palestinian National Security.

While there were differences at the same level of significance due to military rank variables, and years of service) in favor of levels of (soldier, officer) and the levels of those who have less than 5 and more than 10 years’ service).

In the light of the study results, the researcher suggested a number of recommendations, the most important of which are: The establishment of a central unit as a psychological counseling body whose field of work covers all Palestinian security services, such as the Organization of Management Authority and the Administration and Supply Authority, etc.

The psychological qualification criterion should be considered as a condition for joining the security services that includes medical examination and security research, length and age of both soldiers and officers who join the military colleges and the Al- Istiqlal University.

To take care of the psychological side of all military members whose field of work is in areas of clashes, and to try to deal with the psychological implications of their work.

Expand the experience of the Palestinian National Security in establishing the Psychological Support Unit to the other relevant bodies.

To conduct more psychological studies that concerns the military members so as to find out the important aspects of their lives.
