Arabic Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة الضغوط النفسية وعلاقتها بدرجة التوافق النفسي لدى العاملين في وزارة الداخلية الفلسطينية في المحافظات الشمالية في ضوء متغيرات الجنس، و العمر، و المؤهل العلمي، و سنوات الخبرة، و المسمى الوظيفي، و لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، و طبق الباحث مقياس الضغوط النفسية الذي طوره جاد الله (2002)، و مقياس التوافق الزواجي لإبراهيم و مجده محمود (1995) و الذي قام الباحث بتطويره و إعادة تقنينه على البيئة الفلسطينية، على عينة عشوائية طبقية تكونت من (350) عاملا و عاملة بنسبه (54%) من مجتمع الدراسة الذي تكون من العاملين في وزارة الداخلية في المحافظات الشمالية، و البالغ عددهم (647) عاملا و عاملة، و بعد عملية جمع الاستبانات تم معالجتها إحصائيا باستخدام الرزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS) ، و توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج الآتية : 1.

الدرجة الكلية لاستجابات العاملين في وزارة الداخلية في المحافظات الشمالية على جميع فقرات مقياس الضغوط النفسية كانت متوسطة، حيث بلغت النسبة المئوية لاستجابات المبحوثين على هذه الفقرات (69.56%).

الدرجة الكلية لاستجابات العاملين في وزارة الداخلية في المحافظات الشمالية على جميع فقرات مقياس التوافق الزواجي كانت متوسطة، حيث بلغت النسبة المئوية لاستجابات المبحوثين على هذه الفقرات (47.97%).

3.

وجود علاقة ارتباط عكسية سالبة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين درجة الضغوط النفسية، و مستوى التوافق الزواجي لدى العاملين في وزارة الداخلية في المحافظات الشمالية؛ أي أنه كلما زادت درجة الضغوط النفسية تنخفض درجة التوافق الزواجي.

عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في مستوى الضغوط النفسية لدى العاملين في وزارة الداخلية في المحافظات الشمالية لتعزى المتغيرات الجنس و العمر، و المؤهل العلمي، وسنوات الخبرة والمسمى الوظيفي.

عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في مستوى التوافق الزواجي لدى العاملين في وزارة الداخلية في المحافظات الشمالية لتعزى المتغيرات والجنس و العمر، و المؤهل العلمي، و سنوات الخبرة والمسمى الوظيفي.

و في ضوء هذه النتائج و مناقشتها، اقترح الباحث عدة توصيات، كان أهمها : 7.

إجراء برامج تدريبية للعاملين في وزارة الداخلية لتدريبهم على مهارات أساليب المواجهة، و التي تسهم في تنمية التفكير الناقد، والتفكير العقلاني لدى العاملين في كافة الوزارات و المؤسسات، حتى يتم تمكينهم من تخفيف شدة الضغوط النفسية الناجمة على ضغوط العمل، و الضغوط الأسرية و الاجتماعية و الحياة بشكل عام.

العمل على تخفيف الأعباء الوظيفية للموظفين، و إنجاز الوصوف الوظيفية؛ حيث يسهم ذلك في خفض صراع الأدوار، و بالتالي ينعكس ذلك إيجابا على خفض الضغوط النفسية.

English Abstract

This study aimed to identify the mean of psychological stress and its relationship with the mean of psychological adjustment among the employees in the Palestinian Ministry of Interior in the governorates of West Bank, in light of the variables of gender, age, academic qualification, year of practical experience and job title.

In order to achieve study goals, the researcher developed the scale of psychological stresses that was developed by jadallah (2002).

And the scale of marital compatibility by Ibrahim and Majdah Mahmoud (1995), which the researcher developed and re-codified and applied on the Palestinian environment on a random class sample of (350) male and female Ministry of Interior staff members (about 54% of Mol employees in the northern governorate which are of 647 member).

After collecting questionnaires were processed statistically using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS).

The following results were found : 1.

The overall mean of responses of employees in the Ministry of the Interior in the northern governorates on all items of the psychological stress scale were moderate.

Represent (69.5%) of respondents responded to these paragraphs.

2.

The overall mean of responses of employees in the Ministry of the Interior in the northern governorates on all items of marital adjustment scale were moderate, represent (47.97%) of respondents responded to these paragraphs.

3.

These is a negative statistical correlation between the level of psychological stresses and the level of marital adjustment among the employees of the Ministry of the Interior in the northern governorates.

This means the higher the level of psychological stress, the lower the level of marital compatibility.

4.

There are no statistically significant difference in the level of psychological stress among employees of the Ministry of Interior in the northern governorates due to the variables of gender, age, academic qualification, years of experience, job title.

There are no statistically significant differences in the level of marital adjustment among employees of the Ministry of Interior in the northern governorates due to the variables of gender, age, academic qualification, years of experience and job title.

In light of these findings, the researcher suggested several recommendations, most importantly were: 1.

Conduct training programs for male and female employees of the Ministry of interior on the skills of confrontation techniques, which contribute to the development of critical thinking and rational thinking among employees in all ministries and institutions.

To enable them to alleviate the psychological stress resulting from work pressures, family pressures and social life in general.

2.

Reduce employee job burdens, and get the job descriptions completed in order to contribute to reducing the conflict upon roles and responsibilities, and thus reflected positively in decreasing the level of psychological stress.
