Abstract EN

This research aims at shedding some light on the most important factors which determine the attitudes of the students of college of Physical Education towards athletic management occupation.

It studies whether these attitudes vary with the difference of sex, studying level.

The researcher uses the descriptive approach.

The sample of the study is made of “100” male and female students.

The researcher used questionnaire forms for gaining the needed data.

The study concluded that the attitudes of students toward athletics management occupation is positive in all its aspects except the academic aspect.

There are statistic differences in all stages on behalf of fourth stage.

The study ends with some significant recommendations as the necessity of possessing knowledge about the programs of the developed countries and comparing them to the existing programs in the college of physical Education- Salahaddin University and the need of acquiring new specializations.
