Abstract EN

This article aims to identify the meaning of connecting at ancient Arabs rhetorical works by their Definition of the language, with an emphasis on selfcommunication as it showed by IBN WAHB through the elements that were identified by this rhetorical scientist in very precise approach, although he has relied – sometimes - on the logical analysis more than the rhetorical one..Hence, this article is to be an answer to two questions -What is self-communication? And what does it mean understood in the Arab -What are the forms of self-communication in the conception of IBN WAHB?.
