Abstract EN

The study aimed to know the role of human resources in achieving the requirements of the application of TQM.

The study used descriptive analytical methodology.

The statistical packages of social sciences (SPSS) were used to analyze the data and many results were reached.

The most important of which is the existence of a positive relationship between the management of human resources and the realization of the requirements of the application of TQM in the Islamic Insurance Company.

And the level of customer satisfaction in the Islamic Insurance Company from the point of view of the respondents was high, and the study recommended the focus on the management of operations, and improvement the quality of service in the Islamic Insurance Company, and should also focus on planning by clarifying the future vision and strategic objectives and involve all the planning staff in accordance with the strategy of the Islamic Insurance Company.
