The study discussed the volume level and the efforts of language scholars as a contemporary and in the past in signifying volume and establishing a scientific Phonate and Phonology and appointing the points of communications between them; and also the signify the function of each one separately.

The phonology is the scientific study of sounds and the phonate is the scientific study of the functions of sounds.

The linguistic sound has an important role in what is related to meaning through the correct utterance to words.

And the organs of utterance is organized by so many organs determine the accurate characteristics of sounds; but there is difference between the concept of the letter and sound.

The melody form a writing main unit to the linguistic system, and the voice forms principle utterance unit for general voice for the language.
