Abstract EN

The objectives of this study were determined to theoretical cover to variable of the study as well as to practically diagnosed its reality aiming to show the extend of effect between them.

The study depended on questionnaire as a main to collect the data which covered (34) worker's from different organizational levels as well as the researcher used many tools of statistics such as (frequency, percentage, means, standard deviation, and variance analysis) .

The study reached many conclusions most important that ( there is significance effect to indicators of behavioral Supporting in the ent repreneurial incident .

The study ended will some recommendation.
