English Abstract

The International Humanitarian Community has signed a series of conventions, including the four Geneva Conventions of 1949 and the Optional Protocol to the Convention on the Rights of the Child on the involvement of children in armed conflict following the outbreak of forced recruitment of children in armed conflict.

The International Criminal Court has considered any conscription or voluntary recruitment Of children under the age of 15 or used for active participation in hostilities as a war crime in both international and noninternational armed conflicts.

According to ILO statistics, the number of children serving as soldiers in the field of Armed groups is More than 300 thousand in more than 41 countries and about 500 thousand children engaged in activities in military and paramilitary militias, and in front of these figures, which reflect a situation in which children are harassing, we will try in this article to identify one of the methods of child labor in the war during armed conflict.
